Do I need to open an account to purchase goods from you?

Yes, once you are ready to purchase, our system will lead you through the necessary steps to set up your account and place your order. However, you do not need to open an account to view our selection.

When should I receive my order?

After an order is processed the shipment will be made the next morning. No shipping will be made on Sundays. We use USPS for every order. Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. We will provide you with the tracking number from USPS as soon as shipment is made.

What is your Return Policy?

We have a 3 day return policy on all unworn, new items purchased. Returns must come in original condition, with their original box. Once the item is returned, we will refund the full purchase price minus the $10 restocking fee. No shipping fees are refunded.

What is your Exchange Policy?

For exchanges, the restocking fee is waived, but all shipping charges are the customer\'s responsibility. If exchanging for the same size, please check to make sure we have that size in stock.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. If it has already been shipped, you will need to go through the regular return process. Please contact Customer Service at sales@threegorillaz.com to cancel your order.

Will my refund include shipping charges?

If the reason for the return is our error, (shipped wrong goods), then we will refund the shipping charges. If the reason for the return is initiated by the customer, (ordered wrong item, no longer want item, etc.) then customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
